This is soooooo the truth for this past week for me! As I sit and reflect on this past week and weekend it has been a busy one to say the least! As I am planning my week ahead and getting ready for our first Thanksgiving that we will be hosting, I am just taking a breather and being thankful for what I have and who I have in my life, right now in this moment! I am making the decision to ‘just breathe’ all this week when I know at times it may get overwhelming but it will ALL be worth it in the end!

Soooo now onto Week #3 of P90! This week seemed much easier for me, I was motivated, stuck to my meal plan and workouts 100% and it has paid off! I loved week #3 of P90 and I can honestly say that I am finally starting to see changes within myself and my body! I wanna share my {stats} with you thus far.....here goes nothing......I know, I know I should've waited until week #4 to weigh in and measure but I just couldn't help myself sooooo, thus far I have lost about 1.5 lbs. (which is totally fine with me I didn't want to lose any really!) and lost around 5-6 inches all over!!! WOW, just WOW!! It's crazy what you can get when you eat clean, workout for a 1/2 hour 6 days a week and want it bad enough to put the hard work in!!
It was a GREAT week for me with my workouts and also my nutrition as I stated above! I followed my meal plan 100%, some days were a struggle but that will happen and I know that I just know that I LOVE the results I see when I am 100% on track so I do my best to stick to it! Now I will say I do have my little *cheats* on the weekends and with Thanksgiving coming up I will probably have some BUT I make sure it is done in moderation and I never over indulge!
This week I will do my best to control my portions during Thanksgiving dinner and keep my *cheats* to a minimum! Because the 1 thing I do know is that if my nutrition/diet is OFF everything gets thrown off and I haven't put all this hard work in to ruin it for something that I probably won't enjoy anyways!
Cannot wait to see what this next week brings from me and P90 and to be able to say that I completed my first 30 days of the program and then onto the next Phase!! It's a great feeling that's for sure!
Always remember, you can do anything that you think you are BIG enough to do! Don't ever sell yourself short, go out and do the great things you were desitned to do! YOU GOT THIS!!! Have a great week and HAPPY TURKEY DAY!!!
