Welp, it’s that time where I am preparing for my busy week ahead and reflecting on this past week!! It would definitely be easy for me to come up with a lot of excuses to how it’s too much and I can give up! There are always lots of temptations, excuses/reasons and things for me to get done or do but I don’t let that stuff get inside my head. I want BIG things and I have BIG dreams/goals and I WILL do what it takes to reach them, no matter what!

NOW, time to talk about Week# 2 of P90!!!
Week #2 was HARD, the adrenaline of Week #1 was over and now it was time to #suckitupbuttercup!!!! I can really see why people quit in week 2. It is definitely a tough week! I thankfully I have my AMAZING accountability partner in crime and my Challengers in my Challenge group to help hold me accountable when I'm ready to 'throw in the towel' because believe me I am JUST like YOU, I have days where I want to quit, but then I just remember why I started and how far I have come!! Bottom line is.....if you want results then you have to go the extra mile and push harder than you did yesterday!
Now onto the nutrition aspect of my week.....I was very proud of myself this week I stuck to my meal plan, didn't make any pitstops at the bakery up the street from where I work and I drank my Shakeology everyday! I have also done GREAT with my water in take, it's easy for me because I actually like drinking water and the way it makes me feel! One thing I have and continue to struggle with is drinking enough water on the weekends and also being as strict food wise as I am during the week! I am a work in progress so my main focus this week is to #STICKTOIT 100%, no cheats whatsoever!!
One fun and exciting thing for me this weekend was that it was the weekend of my 15 year high school reunion!!! I cannot believe that it's been 15 YEARS already!! Wow time sure does fly by!! It was a great night and I got to see, hangout with, catch up and dance the night away with ALL my old friends and some that I am still close with! We all ended the night at a local bar and then off home my hubby and I went to cuddle with our little guy, we missed him while we were gone (even though we know he was in GREAT hands with my Dad watching him!)
Can't wait to get this next week started!! And remember.....we can do anything we put our minds to! Planning is KEY on this journey and to your SUCCESS! Tracking my exercise and food/water in take daily is what totally keeps me on track! Do you track your food & exercise?
