I'm in LOVE with PiYo

Sooooo I have been talking about PiYo ALOT lately and I started it this week and can say that I am totally being proved wrong, I never thought I'd ever be one to enjoy Yoga/Pilates, but this program is nothing short of AMAZING and has me totally HOOKED!



I am following the schedule that comes with the workout program to ensure the best results so my week goes as follows:
Monday - Align: The Fundamentals
Tuesday - Define: Lower Body
Wednesday - Define: Upper Body
Thursday - Sweat
Friday - Rest Day
Saturday - Define: Lower Body
Sunday - Define: Upper Body
and I must say the workouts are tougher than they look and the time just flies by!  Before you know it the workout is over and you feel completely stretched and your body feels longer and leaner!




One of my favorite things about PiYo is that it is a nice mixture of stretching and moving through different exercises and poses. There is no jumping involved and you are soley concentrating on aligning your body and your form! It's a really nice change of pace for me for sure, I thought I'd get bored quickly because I've been hooked on FocusT25 the past 10 wks but it's not nearly as easy as it looks, IT IS a hardcore workout and YOU WILL sweat!!
