So first off I must say that I loved the program & the workouts! What I was looking to get out of this program was to tone up, define my muscles more and maintain my weight! I have reached my weight loss goal so now I am just trying to maintain that weight loss.
With that being said, I did not follow the meal plan to a T because I have been doing my own meal plan that is VERY similar that has worked great for me. BUT I will say that the containers and meal plan WILL teach you great portion control/size and what you should and shouldn’t be eating!! I DID however follow the workouts for the 21 days strictly, which definitely was tough on some days but I got it done! The workouts are great being that they are only 30 minutes long and they are intense enough for the person who needs intensity but can be modified if needed with the modifier! Working with the weights was great and definitely helped get me the toning/definition I was looking for out of this program!
I LOVED the 21 Day Fix/Autumn! The program changes lives and makes fitness and nutrition simple!! I will definitely be doing another round again SOON!!
With a meal plan/portion control, drinking Shakeology daily and the workouts, here are my results ----->
