My LONG Overdue 3 Day Refresh Thoughts & Review

So I have been a TOTAL slacker with this post….I did the 3 Day Refresh last month and wanted to share my results and review with you!!
To start off my goal with the 3 Day Refresh was to feel like ME again!! The past few weekends with the 4th of July and camping last weekend have been tough on my body...I may have over done it a lil with food and drinks but that's ok I was being HUMAN!! So I started the Refresh to kick those few pounds those bad weekend habits gave me!!
This is definitely not like any normal 'juice' cleanse...you actually get to eat fruits and veggies and fuel your body with loads of healthy protein & fiber with the shakes! AND you are able to do moderate exercise while doing the Refresh because you're not depriving yourself of any nutrients your body needs!



I lost a total of 2lbs in the three days and a total of 3 inches....which is great!! I was not out to lose a ton of weight and inches I wanted to get rid of my bloating and just feel better and not like a slug >>AND *BOOM*<< the 3 Day Refresh did just that for me!! 






A few points about the Refresh....good and bad....I'm being truthful because I want you to know!
-always felt FULL never hungry or deprived of food!
-no cravings!
-my opinion on the Fiber Sweep and the Vanilla Fresh shakes....they are definitely NOT my daily Shakeology but they are tolerable for 3 days to meet your goal!
-got me to eat more veggies because I can be bad at that at times!
All in all I feel like the 3 Day Refresh does it's job and will be good for you if you 1. Want to kick some bad habits or splurges or 2. Want to jump start your weight loss journey!
Will I do it again??ABSOLUTELY!! I'm a fan and got what I wanted out of the 3 days!!
