Sayyyyyy WHAT?!? You don't like drinking water???
Ok soooooo I know water is not #1 on everyone's list of favorite things to drink.....I never used to drink water until I started to see what GREAT things came from drinking it daily and cutting out the *bad* sugary drinks!! Let me just tell you water is the most important thing you can drink and put into your body!!!
Just to name a few benefits you get from drinking water daily.....
-assists in weightloss!
-prevents loss of memory!
-helps reduce urges/cravings!
-it is essential to help your body rid itself of toxins!
-slows the aging process and much much MORE!!!
So now that you know all of those fun little facts ------ do you know how much water you should be drinking each day?? This may surprise you (It surprised me!) but the recommended daily water intake is 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water each day!! For example: if you weighed 150 lbs you would need to be drinking 75 oz of water per day!
