How to Get and Stay Motivated
Ok so I get asked ALOT.....'Where do you get the motivation?' or I hear....'I need you to keep me motivated!'. Don't get me wrong I love hearing from people that I'm inspiring them and/or motivating them BUT the one thing I ALWAYS say to anyone that says 1 or both of these things to me.....'I can do everything in my power to motivate, inspire and support you EVERYDAY, but you have to want this, you have to want to get up and put in the work and most importantly you have to give up your EXCUSES!'
I would love to make it easy and be there for everyone of you day in and day out and push you up off that couch to do a workout or to eat a healthy meal.....but let's be honest...that's just not possible, so I will do it through my posts and motivate, inspire and support you as much as I possibly can but you need to put in the work, you need to get rid of 'I CAN'T' and any other excuse you come up with, you have to want this for you and your lifestyle, that is the ONE thing I cannot do for you!
Sooooooo I have been saying this ALL week this week, I will make a deal with you.....GET UP, get your workout done>>>>>>>>>and I PROMISE YOU>>>>>>>>you will feel sooooo much better!!!
